EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION (Customizable Packages) |
In this customized, “buildable”
package created for your pre-planning time, our coordinators
work hand in hand with you to create the perfect package that
will fit within your event budget.
During our initial meeting we
review all the duties of the event planner/coordinator and
client. This includes everything from the selecting of the
event location, choosing the catering menu, assisting with
invitations, purchasing party favors, etc. We decide which
duties you, the client would like to complete, leaving the
rest for our event coordinator.
The planning/coordinating rate
is $ 60.00 per hour. After the duties have been chosen, you,
the client, sets a budget amount maximum. (For example, $500)
Our coordinator keeps track of billable time on our
Coordination TimeTrack sheet, which is reviewed by you on a
regular basis to view the progress of our coordinators at any
time.
When the maximum budget/time is
within 3 hours of completion and there is still work to be
done, our coordinator will contact you and ask if you would
like him/her to continue or if you would like to carry on the
duties from that point.
Items that require purchasing
will have their receipts saved and turned into you for
reimbursement to PJ Events.
Due to current gas pricing
concerns, mileage is not included in the above package.
Mileage will be billed separately at .50/per mile, beginning
from Valley Village, California. A Mileage Log is located on
the bottom of the Coordination Time Track Sheet and will be
added to your final event bill.

include the Wedding Rehearsal and Event Day Production. This
is an event pre-planning package only.
